Questions about the Care Plan

Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your clinic’s name. If you ever leave, we hand over the domain and a full copy of your website.

When does the Care Plan start?

Only after your website goes live and you have approved it. You pay nothing monthly while we are building.

Can I cancel the Care Plan?

Yes. The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum; after that, cancel with 30 days notice. If you cancel within the first 12 months, a one-time ₹999 domain fee applies and the domain is transferred to your name. The yearly plan has no extra fee.

What counts as a “small update”?

Changing text, photos, timings, doctors, treatments or prices. A new page or a full redesign is quoted separately.

I already have a Google Business Profile. Is that fine?

Yes. You add us as a manager; you stay the owner of the profile at all times.

What happens if I stop the Care Plan?

Your website stays yours. We transfer the domain and give you a full backup, so you can host it anywhere you like.

Can you move my existing website?

Yes. If you already have a domain, we point it to your new website and keep your Google listing linked — no change for your patients.
