A complete examination of your teeth and gums, with digital X-rays when needed.
About Dental Check-up & X-rays
A check-up is a full examination of the teeth, gums and mouth. Digital X-rays may be taken to see areas that cannot be seen directly, such as between the teeth and under fillings.
When is it needed?
A check-up is advised every six months, and sooner if you have pain, sensitivity, bleeding gums or a broken tooth. Regular visits find problems early, when they are simpler to treat.
What to expect
The dentist asks about your concerns and medical history, examines your mouth and explains the findings. You receive a clear treatment plan before any treatment is started.
